Job Title: GRC/Risk & Compliance Business Analyst

Location: Juno Beach, Florida

12 months Contract

Job Summary:

The GRC/Risk & Compliance Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Cybersecurity Data Integration (CDI) program, which aims to consolidate cybersecurity data across seven domains into a unified AWS Redshift data platform. This position is responsible for owning domain metric definition, requirements documentation, and data source mapping validation, ensuring clarity and accountability in what is being built and why across all domains.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong business analysis skills with a focus on metric definition and requirements documentation.

Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross functional teams.

Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into business friendly language.

Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.

Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in backlog management and sprint planning.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cybersecurity domains, particularly in Governance/Risk/Compliance (GRC).

Experience with AWS Redshift and Power BI reporting tools.

Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

Understanding of data lineage and row level security design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in business analysis, preferably within a cybersecurity or compliance context.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
