Job description

A leading company in the food industry is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join their team in N.E. Portland! This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term employment. In this role, you’ll enjoy a supportive work environment that promotes a good work-life balance and offers opportunities for training and career growth. As a receptionist, you will help keep the office organized and running smoothly.
 
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in office administration. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a great team, we encourage you to apply!
 
 What You'll Do:
 •    Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression in person, over the phone, and through email
 •    Support day-to-day office operations using Microsoft Office Suite, Spectrum ERP, and other business software
 •    Keep records organized and help ensure the office operates efficiently
 •    Collaborate with multiple departments for scheduling.
 

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $23/hour

What We're Looking For:
 •    Recent college graduate or someone with approximately one year of administrative, office, customer service, internship, or professional experience
 •    Strong communication and customer service skills
 •    Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
 •    Quick learner who enjoys technology and is interested in learning
 •    Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
 •    Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
