Job Description RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an Engineer 1 in Lakewood, CO. This is a full-time, in-office, contract-to-hire opportunity with our client. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

. Overview of YOUR role as an Engineer 1: In this role, you will design and analyze replacement power utility poles, ensuring compliance with national safety standards and utility company guidelines. You will support construction projects by preparing cost estimates, material lists, and detailed CAD drawings while working within a collaborative team environment.

This position provides the opportunity to develop your engineering skills with long-term growth potential, including progression toward Professional Engineer certification.
