Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions tailored to our organization’s needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful deployment of SharePoint applications. In addition to development tasks, you will also be responsible for creating and managing SharePoint terms and term sets, ensuring consistency and usability across our platform. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing our SharePoint capabilities, improving collaboration, and boosting operational efficiency. This is a 3-month contracted position with the possibility of extension. 

Responsibilities

  • · Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint applications based on business requirements
  • · Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows
  • · Design and implement innovative solutions using SharePoint’s out-of-the-box functionalities and customizations
  • · Create Power Automate workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • · Set up and manage unstructured data and document processing
  • · Create and organize managed terms into a hierarchical term set.
  • · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • · Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SharePoint applications
  • · Provide technical support to end-users and resolve Office 365 and SharePoint-related issues
  • · Assist in migrating legacy systems to SharePoint

Requirements

  • · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • · Proven experience as a SharePoint Application Developer or in a similar role
  • · Proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • · Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, site customization, and managing metadata with term sets
  • · Extensive experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including workflow creation
  • · Strong experience integrating DocuSign and Adobe PDF with SharePoint
  • · Knowledge of SQL
  • · Familiarity with agile development methodologies
