Job description

Our client is searching for a SharePoint Designer/Developer to develop internal training materials for our client.

***All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis and no sponsorship is available.***

Pay will be based on experience and this position is REMOTE.

Duties:

  • SharePoint Content Design: Lead the design and development of the SharePoint structure, design, and content for a pleasant and informative internal user experience.
  • Technical Training Content Design: Lead the design and development of technical training programs for internal customers.
  • Technical Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats to meet the Data & Technology organization’s needs. 

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of MS Team/SharePoint Access & Permissions 
  • Understanding of MS File/Folder Structure, Management, and Settings
  • SharePoint Site Building Experience (Use of Webparts, available tools, site limitations, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Communication / Branding & Cohesion
  • General UX and Graphic Design Principles
  • Familiarity with MS Alerts/Power Automate
  • Familiarity with Power BI Reports
  • Understanding of Strategic Programs 
  • Job Aid / Documentation Building Experience Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and processes.
  • Proficient in developing training materials and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Taking abstract functional and technical data points and creating a clear and concise narrative that can be easily understood at all levels of the organization.
  • Utilizing PowerPoint and related modern technologies to create executive-level presentations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.
