Job description

Human Resources Temp
We are looking for a Human Resources Temp to join our Target Rock team in the Human Resources Department! Under direct supervision, provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of general office support with a variety of clerical and reception activities.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY.
Hourly pay: $19- $20 an hour
Please note that the pay range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in New York. Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
Your Challenge
  • Schedule and tracks employee training.
  • Supports outreach and recruiting efforts by attending internal and external job fairs and community events.
  • Oversees electronic personnel data in Dynafile.
  • Assists with data entry and reporting in HRIS systems (including Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, etc.

What You Bring
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Possession of strong organizational skills
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept directions on given assignments.
