Neuroradiology Opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA

Build the neuroradiology practice you want without the hospital call burden. This outpatient-only opportunity offers remote flexibility, a neuro-heavy case mix, and strong earning potential within a physician-led group focused on long-term stability and quality of life. If you're looking for autonomy, flexibility, and a sustainable pace, this role delivers.


Practice Overview


  • Join a team of fellowship-trained neuroradiologists across five outpatient imaging sites
  • Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient reads, stroke alerts, overnight call, ER coverage, or holiday responsibilities
  • Approximately 95% neuro/spine imaging with 60% spine volume and advanced neuro studies
  • No procedures required; prostate MRI experience welcomed

Schedule


  • Remote, hybrid, or on-site options available; remote preferred
  • Flexible remote schedule with autonomy to manage your reading cadence
  • On-site schedule typically Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base compensation of 525,000-575,000 plus productivity incentives
  • Total earning potential exceeding 615,000+
  • 50,000 signing and retention bonus package
  • 10-12 weeks PTO, CME week with 5,000 allowance, 401(k) match, full benefits, and malpractice with tail coverage

Candidate Requirements


  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Neuroradiology fellowship preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
  • Comfortable reading advanced neuro and spine imaging studies
