    Contract Length:3 - 4 months (immediate start)

    In this role, you'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and warehouse leaders to fill critical hourly and supervisory roles across multiple distribution centers.

    What You'll Do:

    • Drivefull-cyclerecruitingforhigh-volumehourlyroles
    • Utilizemultiplesourcingstrategies(jobboards,networking,passivesourcing)tobuildstrongcandidatepipelines

    • Screenresumes,conductphoneinterviews,andcoordinatehiringprocesses
    • Writeengagingjobdescriptionsandmaintainpostingsacrossmultipleplatforms
    • Ensureanexcellentcandidateexperiencefromapplicationthroughoffer
    • Staycompliantwithallfederal,state,andlocalhiringregulations
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor'sdegreeinHR,Business,orrelatedfieldpreferred
    • Minimum2yearsofhigh-volumerecruitingexperience(20-30openrequisitionsatatime)
    • Experience in recruiting insupplychain,manufacturing,ordistributionrequired
    • Provensuccesssourcinghourlyandsupervisorytalent

    Compensation and Schedule:

    • Pay Range:$40-$45 per hour with eligibility for overtime pay
    • Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
    • As a temporary contract position, this role is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
