Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in Minnesota based in a call center where you will be handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via chat, email, and phone. We are also hiring for a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Rep for this role! Please see details below:
What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs (contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail or chat)
  • Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
  • High accountability for providing excellent customer service
  • Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers
  • Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for the following inquiries:
  • Place orders, check shipping, order research
  • Check account or certificate balances or account transactions
  • Returns/damage/defective claims or lost shipments
  • Communicate program rules and program information to customers
  • Catalog support questions
  • Additional product/rules clarification
  • Navigate customers through basic website technical support
  • Work with suppliers
  • Problem resolution through online research
What You Need to Bring:
  • Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs (contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail, or chat)
  • Must live in Minnesota
  • Call Center Experience - must have made 50+ inbound and 50+ outbound calls
  • Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
  • Must be able to read, speak and write in English
  • High accountability for providing excellent customer service
  • Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers
  • Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for inquiries related to orders, accounts, shipments, program rules, catalog support, technical support, supplier questions, and more
