• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs related to their maternal experiences.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and aspirations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on maternal mental health.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment strategies based on evolving needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and community organizations, to provide cohesive care.
• Maintain adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with evidence-based treatment modalities.

This role primarily supports clients within the maternal health spectrum, including expectant mothers, postpartum individuals, and their families. Your work will directly impact their mental well-being during a critical life phase, where support and understanding are paramount. You will utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques grounded in mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care to foster healing and resilience.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting, particularly focused on maternal health.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating both resilience and adaptability in a remote work environment.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment is necessary.

Preferred candidates will have specialized training or certifications in maternal mental health issues, experience working with diverse populations, and familiarity with telehealth platforms. Previous experience in community mental health settings, particularly those addressing postpartum challenges, will be deemed advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
