Sterling Personnel is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a busy, fast-paced office in the Corpus Christi area. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and provides exceptional customer service. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making professionalism, communication, and a positive attitude essential.


Temp-To-Hire

Schedulel: Mon-Fri   8AM-5PM

Location: Corpus Christi, tx

Pay: $15-$20

Essential Responsibilities


  • Prepare the office for daily business operations.
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized office records.
  • Categorize property-related expenses and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare, organize, and file financial documents.
  • Monitor and document financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Reconcile company accounts and assist with month-end reporting.
  • Collaborate with staff accountants and management on administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day office issues and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using QuickBooks is required.
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
