Change Management Analyst 
Location: Houston, Tx
Description:
The Temporary Change Management Analyst will provide day-to-day support for organizational change management activities associated with a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role is responsible for coordinating communications, maintaining project documentation, supporting training activities, tracking stakeholder engagement, and assisting with change readiness efforts across multiple business functions.
This is a temporary contingent position intended to augment the Change Management team during a critical phase of the ERP implementation. The analyst will work closely with project leadership, business stakeholders, HR, Communications, and functional workstreams to ensure change management deliverables are completed on schedule.
Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of the overall change management workplan for the ERP transformation.
  • Develop, format, and distribute project communications, announcements, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, focus groups, and change champion activities.
  • Maintain change management documentation including stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, communication plans, readiness trackers, and project artifacts.
  • Assist with creation and organization of training materials, user guides, job aids, and training schedules.
  • Track completion of change management deliverables and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback and assist in identifying adoption risks or resistance themes.
  • Support organizational readiness assessments and assist with data collection and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and project events.
  • Maintain project SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams channels, and document repositories.
  • Assist with presentation development for executive leadership and steering committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting organizational change, project coordination, communications, HR, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining documentation and coordinating project activities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise-wide transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies.
  • Experience creating executive presentations and communication materials.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, or project management tools.
  • Exposure to training coordination or instructional material development.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
