Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Owner with expertise in Salesforce to define business needs and implement product strategy. The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of quoting to invoicing systems and collaborating with both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Be an expert on the core business applications and all platform/technology related changes for quoting through invoicing applications with Kaseya, including Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite and Integrations.
• Be the voice and face of the applications within your functional area.
• Support the end-to-end product management process from idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and delivery.
• Facilitate and lead effective discussions during meetings with stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives.
• Research solutions and formulate proposals to solve requests from internal customers.
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, NetSuite and Integration systems.
• Identify, advance, and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience supporting and leading enterprise business application management and development.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical skills and business acumen - Proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges.
• Able to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Self-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in requirements and process flow documentation.
• Equivalent of 5+ years of product management or similar experience in software and business application development.
Preferred:
• Bachelors degree preferred, relevant field/technical experience accepted.
• Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
• Customer references - line of business or IT leaders who can recommend your work from previous experience as your customer.
