Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support in a professional office setting. This position plays a key role in managing daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient office procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone Management:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with reservations and process payments over the phone
  • Provide accurate quotes and information to clients
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and confirm details
Sales & Client Interaction:
  • Support light sales initiatives, including upselling services when appropriate
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding inquiries or quotes
Office & Administrative Tasks:
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory
  • Collect payments from clients and log accordingly
  • Accurately log receipts and maintain organized financial records
  • Handle general office tasks to support smooth daily operations
Technology & Documentation:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer use for daily administrative tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and MS Word for document creation and data entry (a plus)
Qualifications:
  • Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computers; experience with MS Excel and Word is a plus
