Our client is seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional to help maintain daily office operations and provide facilities support in a fast-paced workplace environment.

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Facilities Associate on behalf of our client for a 2-3 week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on office support, facilities coordination, and delivering exceptional internal customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office and facilities operations to ensure a clean, organized, and functional workplace
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries with shipping carriers
  • Assist with meeting and event setup, including room preparation and post-event cleanup
  • Monitor shared spaces such as kitchens, conference rooms, and work areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Communicate with building management and external vendors regarding maintenance requests and deliveries
  • Respond to internal facilities requests through a ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide conference room support and assist with workplace logistics as needed
  • Help distribute visitor badges, assist with parking validations, and support additional office operations projects
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working with employees across multiple departments

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in facilities, office administration, workplace services, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience using a facilities ticketing or service request system is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
