Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support across all areas of the Registrar's Office, with a primary emphasis on the Scheduling Department, including assistance with course scheduling, room assignments, and related processes.
Essential Functions
Support the DMACC Scheduling Department by assisting with Credit/Non-Credit/Continuing Education revisions and inputs, updating varied costs tables in the catalog, processing eBook changes, and helping with other duties as assigned.
Assist other departments within the Registrar's Office with clerical projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven track record of reliability and extreme attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in computer applications is essential, including advanced working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience working in a postsecondary institution.
Knowledge of college scheduling processes.
Work Schedule
Approximately 15-20 hours per week. Day-time hours, 3-4 days per week. Days and times to be determined.
