Job description

Ziegler CAT has a temporary part-time summer helper position to support our yard, and parts warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Yard maintenance and general facilities maintenance including painting, cleaning, trash and recycling, and sweep and scrub floors
  • Helps receive and pull parts orders and get transfers ready to ship out
  • Assist customers with loading orders out of the warehouse
  • Inventory and cycle counting
  • Maintains a clean and orderly parts and warehouse area
  • Cleans and maintains all parts shelving and storage areas
  • Cleans and maintains warehouse grounds
  • Trash Removal
  • Recycle all of the cardboard in the warehouse
  • Sweep and scrub floors, ensuring all floors are clear
  • Other yard/parts/warehouse duties as assigned
  • Move equipment around the yard
  • Run floor scrubber
  • Operate forklift

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Push/pull up to 25 lbs

  • Lift/carry up to 25 lbs

  • Lift bulky objects

  • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, Neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, suspine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping - able to use bolt box

  • Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times.

The pay range for this position is

$15.73 to $18.86

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
