Job description

Genesis Staffing is currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish speaking) Assistant to work in the Litigation or Settlement Department with one of our clients in Houston, TX. Details about the position are below:
Responsibilities: 

  • Answering phones, assist clients with questions
  • Draft, edit and review legal documents
  • File documents, make copies, scan items, etc. 
  • Email correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to multitask 
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write both English and Spanish fluently
  • Must be a team player and self-starter
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must have a positive attitude and great customer service skills
  • Must pay attention to details, work must be accurate
  • Must be organized and able to manage heavy case load
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks/deadlines
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be familiar with and able to use Gmail, Microsoft Office and Adobe

Must be able to work 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday onsite (in office), position is temp to hire paying $16.00 - $17.00/hr. depending on experience.
