Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale Salesforce programs (multiple concurrent workstreams)
  • Own program governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
  • Drive proactive status tracking (clear visibility on scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines)
  • Ensure strong control on scope vs timeline commitments (avoid slippage, manage changes effectively)
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams - business, architects, development, QA, integration teams Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery and outcomes

Must-Have Experience:
  • [RATE REDACTED]+ years as a Program Manager specifically managing Salesforce programs
