What You’ll Do
  • Account Management: 25% - Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Affiliate campaigns across platforms and internal / external systems. Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends and messaging key trends and insights to internal account teams and external client contacts.
  • Account Management: 25% - Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall affiliate performance efficiency.
  • Account Management: 5% - Prospect and develop relationships with key affiliates to identify innovative strategic solutions to our clients’ marketing challenges.
  • Program Measurement: 15% - Actively test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.
  • Program Measurement: 5% - Use successful acquisition / incentive strategies and effective affiliate P/L management to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics [CPA].
  • Communication: 20% - Maintain open, communicative relationships with the teams to ensure all work is holistically aligned and all expectations are managed. This includes: Business Solutions Teams, Digital Activation teams, Analytics, the clients team directly, affiliate partnerships and technology providers.
  • Communication: 5% - Provide consistent and effective support to team leadership on forecasting and new business opportunities.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns. [CPA, CPL]
  • Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics
  • Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights
  • Advanced MS Excel fluency required

Physical Activity and Work Environment

Salary Range

$2,019.23 – $2,307.69 a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
