Job Description

CNC Lathe Set-up Machinist/Programmer needed for our precision machining client in Ronkonkoma. Direct hire position, not a temp, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Require HS diploma or GED plus minimum 5 years on-the-job work with CNC lathes (Mori Seiki experience preferred) in a precision machining environment; knowledge of Fanuc controls; ability to set-up, operate, troubleshoot, edit programs at the machine. From-scratch programming capability in Mastercam, SolidWorks and/or Mazatrol a major plus. Additional shop duties may also be assigned.
