Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Server Administrator to provide temporary
staff augmentation support within a modern enterprise data center environment. The
successful candidate will assist in maintaining, monitoring, and supporting server
infrastructure while working closely with senior systems administrators.
Key Responsibilities
• Support senior systems administrators with daily operations.
• Perform routine maintenance within the on-campus data center.
• Install server patches, updates, and security fixes.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and overall health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues.
• Maintain system documentation and follow operational procedures.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities, including work outside normal business
hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience supporting servers in modern data center environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with server maintenance, patch management, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
• Willingness to support after-hours maintenance and operational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
