Landscape Sales Representative

Cedarburg, Wisconsin | Full-Time

For more than 37 years, La Rosa Landscape Company has been a trusted leader in landscape design, construction, and maintenance throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Our reputation has been built on exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding client service, and long-term relationships.


We are seeking an experienced Landscape Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for a landscape professional with experience in both Design/Build and Landscape Maintenance who enjoys working with clients, developing creative solutions, and managing projects from concept through completion.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their landscape goals.
  • Develop and present proposals for landscape design, construction, and maintenance services.
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with our design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand client landscapes over time.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of landscape industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape construction, and landscape maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • A collaborative team player who values quality and accountability.
