Job description

Our Registration Representative Position plays a large role at our KOA campground. Just like a hotel, we provide guests with a place to stay while they travel. Creating a hospitable, temporary home away from home for our guests is our top priority. We are looking for someone 18+ that can work full-part time until October 31st. Job opportunities may resume again the following season in March.


In this role you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers over the phone, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive company image. The ideal candidate will need to possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast passed environment.


Responsibilities:

*Being open to rotating schedules, Morning shifts typically 9am-3pm/Night shifts typically 3pm-9pm but will decrease starting in August

*Learning or K2 Reservation System-On the job training

*Answering phone calls-Making Reservations over the phone

*Speaking in Person-Making Walk-In Reservations/ Accommodating Guests needs

*Occasional Propane Filling-On the job training

*Transportation-You will need a way to get to and from work

*Computer Skills-Typing in guest information accurately

*Upselling-Based on our Customer Needs

*Teamwork-Being able to work with all other staff members to create a strong work environment

*Time Management-knowing when certain tasks need done before others

*Good with all Ages- Provide a happy environment for all guests no matter their age

*Honesty-mistakes happen, knowing what tasks you need more help or training with can not only better your skills but the system as a whole

*Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

*Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offering to provide informed assistance.

This job posting is for Seasonal Employment with the option to join us again next season. Our camping season runs March-October. Our main office hours are shifts of 9am-3pm and 3pm-9pm. Hours will decrease as the season slows down.
