Job description

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you are the front line of our dining venues, ensuring every guest has a positive experience. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are friendly, efficient, and committed to maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for taking orders, handling financial transactions, and making sure that all areas-from the cashier station to the dining room-are clean, stocked, and ready for service.

Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.

  •  Ability to obtain a food handler's card.

  • Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.

  • Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbsFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.

  • Take orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for all goods and services delivered.
  • Maintain stock levels for the condiment area, dining room, and front counter.
  • Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment. Maintain the cleanliness of your cashier station, menus, and all other necessary tools.
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.
  • Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
