As the Senior Manager of Innovation & Design Engineering, you will guide some of the most talented engineers in the design and development of physical fulfillment systems around the globe. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing teams that are capable of creating high-performance physical systems, a strong technical problem-solving ability, excellent project management skills, and an internal motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment.

- Provide technical management for large-scale engineering projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Operations Research, Robotics, Mathematics, or related fields, or a Associate's degree or above and experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
