Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing all aspects of the golf operations, including the pro shop, course maintenance, and guest services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and maximize profitability

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of golf professionals, instructors, and support staff
  • Oversee golf event planning and execution, including tournaments and outings

  • Build and maintain relationships with golf associations, sponsors, and vendors

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in golf management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of golf operations, including pro shop management and course maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving financial targets
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in golf-related technology and software systems
  • PGA or equivalent certification is a plus
