Job description

Description:

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, accounting, and operational finance activities by ensuring the accurate recording, classification, and reporting of financial transactions. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, expense management, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning, accounting, and operational finance activities by ensuring accurate recording, classification, and reporting of business expenses.
  • Review and process purchase requests, maintain financial records, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and expense analysis.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial management processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience or coursework in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial, accounting, or ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
