We are seeking an experienced FI/CO S/4 HANA functional resource, who has a background in Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Project Systems and Group Reporting. This position will involve enhancing and supporting our financial platforms within the SAP landscape. You will be responsible for evaluating customer needs, designing robust solutions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in a multi-year conversion from the current ECC application suite to the new S4 Hana platform, and will play a key role in driving successful implementation of this large-scale conversio

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software components and services addressing business and user requirements.
2. Implements advanced features and enhancements using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
3. Leads code reviews and provides constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to plan and execute technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
5. Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves complex software defects and production issues, applying root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
6. Participates actively in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design discussions, development, testing, deployment, and support.
7. Applies secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational guidelines.
8. Mentors and supports junior engineers to foster technical growth and adherence to best practices.
9. Utilizes and contributes to existing frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance application development across relevant technology domains.

Required Qualifications
