Our recent pivot to a performance model (investing our own capital in ad spend & getting paid for the result) has grown profits 300%. Join us for a look at the cutting edge of online advertising. Job Description:

We are hiring a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in online advertising and a growth mindset. Since we invest our own capital and get paid on performance, we need someone who thinks critically and finds creative solutions-not just someone who follows a playbook. A willingness to learn and continually improve matters more than years of experience.

Experience managing monthly budgets of $50k+ and writing ads that generate ROI is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. If you don't meet all requirements but have a strong understanding of social media ad fundamentals, apply. We are always on the lookout for amazing people that want to learn and grow.
What You'll Do:

  • Manage paid media campaigns across Tiktok, Instagram & Youtube -including ad uploading, budget pacing, optimizations and bidding
  • Media planning for campaigns (break out monthly budgets into flights, or daily/hourly pacing plans - with guidance from the CEO)
  • Test planning and execution (ideation, prioritization, and test roadmap- with guidance from the CEO)
  • Follow agency processes and help refine them for future team members (ties to quarterly bonus)
  • Competitive research: Monitor creative trends and competitor strategies in our target industries
  • Eventually creative collaboration: Work with designers, actors, videographers and web developers to produce ads and landing pages that drive conversion
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct audits and reporting on our accounts twice a week with performance insights and optimization opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Meta, Tiktok or Youtube ad experience, with a focus on direct response
  • Demonstrated ability to work under and meet KPIs
  • Proficiency with excel or google sheets (pivot tables and vlookups will be necessary
  • Proactive mindset instead of reactive
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in an environment where goals are clear but the path to achieve them isn't always
  • Growth mindset, always willing to learn
  • At least one reference who can speak positively about you
  • Excellent command of English (B2 or C1 level) and great communication skills
  • International applicants OK - but must be willing to work on US time zone

Nice to have but not required:

  • Portfolio of ads you've written or helped produce that drove conversion
  • Have one creative "special skill" you can bring to the table, (photoshop for image design, copywriting, video editing)
  • You've worked on b2b or financial services accounts before
  • You've ran ads on more than one paid social channel before
  • Managed budgets of $50k per month or higher

Benefits:

  • $500 tech stipend
  • Up to $1,000 quarterly bonus. Bonus attainment based on your personal performance and your work in adding to and revising agency processes
  • 20 days PTO
  • Flex time after first 2 months (work when you want as long as deadlines and performance goals are met)
  • 3 month performance reviews (real opportunity to advance and get raises)
  • Fully remote work, always
  • Receive direct mentorship from the CEO on improving in advertising and copywriting
  • Work with brands at the top of their industries
