Finance and Insurance (F&I) Managers are responsible for

  • Responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle
  • Working with lending agencies
  • Sales warrants and aftermarket products
  • Management of cash
  • Plus whatever it takes to be a team member at Countryside.

As a Countryside Team Member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service skills that, include the above items, as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management.

Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business.

Note: This company participates in the E-verify program. This positions is subject to a 90 day introductory period. This introductory period is designed, primarily, to give both the Company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. At the end of the introductory period, your performance will be reviewed and a decision made regarding your continued employment or any extended introductory period.
