Job description

LHH is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant for a 6-month temporary role. This position will provide executive-level administrative, project, and meeting support for senior leadership in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior executives.
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support, including tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and coordinating follow-up items.
  • Support meetings and events by managing logistics, agendas, materials, notes, catering, and action items.
  • Assist with budget tracking, reporting, data entry, and confidential financial or personnel information.
  • Coordinate internal communications, presentations, and special projects while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Partner across teams and with external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, communication, and execution of priorities.
  • Support recruiting-related coordination, including scheduling interviews, tracking applications, and assisting with onboarding.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
