Location: Arlington, VA
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Adecco is currently seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment at a residential property in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and be comfortable performing routine property upkeep tasks.
Responsibilities:
Change light bulbs, air filters, and smoke detector batteries.
Use drills and basic hand tools to complete maintenance tasks.
Safely climb ladders and perform work at varying heights.
Organize and maintain the maintenance office and supplies.
Conduct property walk-throughs and identify maintenance issues requiring attention.
Assist with general repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property environment.
Qualifications:
Previous general maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Pay Details: $20.00 per week
