Job description

Executive Assistant LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in East Phoenix who is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This is a temp to hire opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys partnering closely with executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-Suite executives, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is compensation between $75,000-$85,000.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO and assist with daily executive operations.
  • Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling demands.
  • Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, HR initiatives, and special projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Track project deadlines, action items, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain confidential personnel and organizational information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist with executive communications, board materials, and strategic initiatives.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree preferred!
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-Suite leadership.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources executives is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday in East Phoenix.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous support of a CHRO, VP of Human Resources, or senior HR leadership team.
  • Experience within a corporate or multi-site organization.
  • Background coordinating executive-level meetings, travel, and presentations.
