Job description

TEMPORARY ASSOCIATE CONVERSIONS - Warehouse Associate- ALL SHIFTS
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
The Picker / Packer's primary purpose is to perform production work such as picking materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick the order from the slot.
  • Put the merchandise in the box.
  • Send it to the line (ship).
  • Replenish products for PTL machine for the next shift.
  • Organize, tidy up and clean your work area and equipment.
  • Report any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders.
  • Respect the best practices and training guides in force on the job.
  • Cross train in other areas of the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manually remove dunnage from inbound loads.
  • Document load with pictures using an application on company issued tablet.
  • Manually restacking pallets as needed for shifted loads.
  • Inspecting pallet quality.
  • Manually wrapping pallets with stretch wrap as needed.
  • Documenting pallets as they come in and go out in an excel spreadsheet.
  • Always Maintaining clean work area.

1-2+ yrs experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to communicate in English orally and written
