Position Summary
Responsible for supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Support BSJ & AP source activities, including ordering and committing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

  • Analyze and report BSJ & AP supply performance metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Support resourcing projects, including creation, control, and monitoring, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Support NA/LA new size launches across OE and REP channels, ensuring accurate execution and getting stakeholder alignment to meet new product introductions on time to marketplace.

  • Establish and maintain LA capacity parameters by size for NA exports, optimizing resource allocation and production planning.

  • Review and align NA orders and commits, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Plan and execute mold acquisition in partnership with the local supply, manufacturing & procurement team, ensuring timely availability for production needs.

  • Actively participate in NPP working teams, contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements.

  • Manage and deliver Key SP&S indicators & main data reporting, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Support OB & MTP processes for import plans, ensuring compliance and timely execution to meet business requirements."

Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
