Job description

Job Title: Electronics & Materials Testing Technician
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics & Materials Testing Technician to support our quality control and engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical and mechanical measurements on advanced materials and electronic components. You will operate high-precision lab equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers and RF test tools, to ensure all products meet strict performance specifications. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in a small-team environment and can translate complex test data into clear, organized reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Advanced Material Testing: Conduct quality control and assurance testing on materials following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Electrical Measurement: Perform basic to intermediate electrical measurements using a variety of diagnostic instruments and electronic theory.
• Specialized Equipment Operation: Utilize RF test equipment, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), and controlled impedance measurement tools.
• Metrology & Analysis: Execute thickness and thermal conductivity measurements, and perform detailed inspections using optical microscopes and mechanical testing rigs.
• Data Logging & Reporting: Organize comprehensive data collection and generate technical reports based on measurements and test results.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the routine maintenance and calibration of electronic testing equipment and process analyzers.
• Process Execution: Manage tasks through multiple process steps, ensuring accuracy from initial testing through final data reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or a related field (strongly preferred).
• Technical Mastery: * Demonstrated experience with lab-based testing equipment.
