Job description

POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst
PAY RATE: $45-$48/hr. W2
LOCATION: 1271 Ave of the Americas, New York - on site 5 days/week
TEMP TO HIRE: Maybe

Summary:
The Business Services team is facing increasing workload and complexity in vendor management, reporting, and invoice reconciliation. A dedicated Business Analyst will improve efficiency, accuracy, and enable better decision-making.
Challenges:

  • Manual, time-consuming invoice reconciliation and SLA tracking
  • Inconsistent reporting and fragmented data
  • Limited visibility into vendor performance
  • Heavy administrative workload reducing strategic focus
    Proposed Solution: Hire a Business Analyst to support:
  • Invoice validation and discrepancy management
  • SLA tracking and dashboard reporting
  • Data consolidation and standardized reporting (Power BI)
  • Executive presentations and insights
  • Process improvements and automation
    Benefits:

Recommendation:

FTE Business Analyst role to support:

  • SAR Ticket Management for GEAR applications
  • Office Tiering / Categorization
  • Metrics Reporting
    Vendor Invoice Reconciliation:
  • Validate invoices against contracts and SLAs
  • Identify discrepancies and overbilling
  • Standardizing reconciliation processes
    Vendor SLA Management:
  • Track SLA performance metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reporting
  • Escalate risks proactively
    Reporting & Data Consolidation:
  • Centralize data from multiple vendors
  • Build consistent reporting frameworks
  • Power BI Reporting for Weekly and Monthly Checklists
  • Power BI Reporting for iOffice SLAs & Metrics
    Executive Presentations:
  • Develop leadership presentations
  • Create Quarter Business Services Meeting Agendas
  • Translate data into clear insights
    Process Improvement:
  • Streamline processes
  • Supporting automation
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate across teams

Ad Hoc Analysis:

  • Root cause analysis
