What are some common challenges faced during a temporary data migration project, and how can they be addressed?

Temporary data migration roles often involve tight deadlines and the need to ensure data accuracy and integrity during transfer. Common challenges include dealing with inconsistent data formats, unexpected data quality issues, and coordinating with multiple departments to minimize downtime. To address these, it's important to perform thorough data mapping, conduct pre-migration testing, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process. Being detail-oriented and adaptable will help you successfully navigate these challenges and contribute to a smooth migration.
