The Lending Services Coordinator is an entry level role. In this role, you will monitor the group inbox, gather necessary data, and follow up on pending applications to keep the workflow moving smoothly. Acting as a key bridge between the field, sales, and the Lending department, you will ensure all documents and stipulations are collected for quick decisioning. Ideal candidates bring a positive, eager-to-learn attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit to support team projects and deliver a great partner experience at Kinetic Advantage.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process credit applications by looking up credit reports, OFAC checks, lien searches, and entity statuses using internal software
  • Gather and verify customer paperwork—such as business licenses, bank details, and insurance certificates—while securely handling sensitive information
  • Keep field teams updated on application statuses, follow up on missing information, and act as a helpful bridge between field staff and Credit Analysts
  • Help process temporary credit bumps, update account records, organize review requests, and prepare compliance documents like adverse action notices
  • Collaborate with various team members, management, and vendors, and provide backup coverage for other administrative specialists as needed

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years related experience in either finance or the automotive industry, preferred
  • Familiarity or basic understanding of financial statements, preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented, able to work on multiple tasks concurrently, and able to prioritize tasks consistently throughout each day
  • Bilingual preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, and move about an office environment
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
