Job description

Looking for a steady, active 1st-shift role with an industry leader in information management? Join our team in De Pere as a Warehouse Associate. Enjoy competitive weekly pay, a consistent daytime schedule with weekends off, and an energetic environment where you can stay moving while building your logistics resume!


Pay Rate: $18.26/hr.

Duration: 2-months contract (potential renewal)

Schedule: M-F, 07:30 AM -03:30PM,5 days a week, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.


What You’ll Do Daily

  • Use handheld RF scanners and proprietary tracking software to locate, log, and retrieve boxes of files, binders, tapes, and archive materials.
  • Manually lift, move, and stack storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs across concrete surfaces and elevation changes.
  • Safely load, operate, and transport materials using hand trucks, carts, and pallet jacks.
  • Build, shrink-wrap, and stage pallets at ground level, then manually load boxes and pallets onto delivery trucks for outbound dispatch.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull containers up to 100 lbs without assistance on a regular, prolonged basis.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, and climbing ladders or stairs throughout your shift.
  • Must possess protective safety footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best."
  • Fluent in reading/writing English to follow labels, read orders, and navigate computer tracking software.

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role in an active, physical warehouse facility. You will work on concrete floors, climb secure ladders, and use various material handling aids.

Contract Terms: This is a temporary/contract assignment for operational support; corporate benefits and PTO are not included during the contract period.
