To support our 2015 business plan, we are seeking an experienced Temps Recruitment Consultant, Temps Controller or Billing Manager to start a cold temporary staffing/contract staffing desk in the New York Metropolitan market. The successful candidate will have: 2-5 years of experience within a temporary or contract recruitment environment.

Track record of developing and winning new business. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to multi-task and re-prioritise throughout the day.

Full understanding of the legal landscape as it relates to temporary/contract staffing and our obligations as a recruitment firm. Understand the importance of developing a business from a standing start to make it a success.
