Join a mission‑driven, fast‑paced short‑term acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to stabilizing patients in crisis and supporting recovery with dignity. As CMO, you will provide clinical leadership that shapes our care model, strengthens patient safety, and ensures best‑in‑class outcomes for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health emergencies.

  • Uphold medical standards for suicide risk assessment, seclusion/restraint protocols, and emergency psychiatric interventions.
How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide physician leadership for psychiatry/NP teams; oversee credentialing, privileging, and peer review.
• Partner with nursing/operations on safety, quality, throughput, and compliance (Joint Commission, CMS).
• Lead M amp;M, UR, and quality committees; champion evidence‑based pathways and documentation integrity.
• Maintain a clinical caseload (inpatient and/or outpatient) with exemplary patient experience.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.

What We’re Looking For

• MD/DO with psychiatry board certification; state license; DEA.

• Collaborative style with data‑driven improvement mindset.
