Start: ASAP

Length of contract: 3-6 month

Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call. (Let us know the providers availability)

Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model

Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho
