Experienced Phlebotomist/Med Techs with 100 sticks:
  • Pay Per completed assignment. ($25-$35)
  • Pay Biweekly.
  • Day AM Shift/ PM Shift or Weekend Shift.

Overview:
  • Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs.
  • Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
  • Position Independent Contract. 1099.
  • Willing to travel in All NW Lake County Indiana.
  • Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.

Job Duties:
  • Conduct Mobile Exams professionally and on time.
  • Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
  • Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
  • Obtain blood and urine samples.
  • Perform EKG as needed.
  • Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
  • Upload All completed documents in the ExamOne Portal.
  • Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
  • Provide Daily Case Status.

Qualifications:
  • The candidate must have Excellent blood drawing Skills and experience. 1 Year (+100 Sticks).
  • Detail Oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
  • Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
  • Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
  • Must have Reliable car and auto insurance.
  • Must pass Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.
