Automation Technician to support, maintain, and optimize all robotics and automation equipment within our manufacturing facility. This role includes setup, troubleshooting, repair, training, and continuous improvement activities to ensure high-quality production and equipment performance.
Pay: $31/hour + 5% shift premium
Shifts Available:- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Employment Type & Shifts Job Responsibilities- Set up all robotics and automation equipment, including fixtures, conveyors, grippers, pin stampers, and brush systems.
- Perform temporary and full inspection approvals before production runs.
- Monitor production for proper setup, part quality, and downtime prevention.
- Troubleshoot and repair automation components (rails, sensors, grippers, belts, actuators, rollers).
- Optimize automation applications and recommend new technologies.
- Assist with new processes, sampling, data collection, PMs, and recordkeeping.
- Train and support employees using robotic systems.
- Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
- Work from instructions, prints, and process specifications with accountability for equipment
- Experience with robotics setup, troubleshooting, and repair
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Associate Requirements - HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
