At Current, Senior Webflow Engineers lead the technical development and delivery of sophisticated Webflow-powered digital experiences across multiple client engagements. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, UX, design, production, and engineering to build scalable, high-performing websites that combine exceptional user experiences with technical excellence.

Senior Webflow Engineers are both strategic and hands-on technical contributors. You're comfortable architecting scalable Webflow solutions, implementing custom functionality, collaborating directly with designers and clients, and jumping into execution when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while helping shape Webflow development standards and best practices across the agency.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the technical development and delivery of enterprise Webflow websites across multiple client engagements
  • Partner with strategy, UX, design, production, and engineering teams to define technical approaches and delivery plans
  • Translate Figma designs and design systems into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow experiences
  • Architect scalable Webflow CMS structures, reusable components, and content models
  • Build maintainable, accessible, and high-performing websites using Webflow
  • Develop advanced interactions, animations, and custom functionality using Webflow and custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Build integrations with APIs, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and other third-party services
  • Optimize websites for accessibility, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance
  • Conduct QA, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend enhancements across active projects
  • Collaborate on project planning, technical estimation, scoping, and delivery strategy
  • Help establish Webflow engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across projects
  • Stay informed on emerging Webflow capabilities and identify opportunities to improve development workflows and technical solutions
What You'll Bring
  • 5-7 years of front-end or web development experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
  • 3+ years building production websites in Webflow
  • Expert knowledge of Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, and responsive development
  • Experience working with Client-First methodology, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes
  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and implementing custom code within Webflow
  • Experience translating Figma design systems into production-ready websites
  • Experience building API integrations and connecting Webflow to third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar marketing technologies
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and Core Web Vitals
  • Ability to lead technical decision-making while remaining hands-on in execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
  • Experience with GSAP, Lottie, or Spline animations
  • Experience with Wized, Memberstack, Xano, or Make.com
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and deployment best practices
  • Experience mentoring developers across projects
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiarity with Jira, Workfront, or similar project management tools
