We need YOU as Director of Financial Services!!

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee all financial operations for a large division. This role manages budgeting, financial reporting, accounting processes, billing, collections, payroll oversight, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage division-wide financial operations

  • Prepare and oversee operating, capital, and bond-funded budgets

  • Analyze financial data, trends, and variances

  • Manage billing, collections, and payroll processes

  • Review and code invoices; audit cash receipts and deposits

  • Maintain fixed asset records and support year-end inventory

  • Prepare year?end schedules and audit documentation

  • Enter purchase requisitions and maintain accurate financial records

  • Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and auditors

Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3+ years of financial operations management

  • Strong knowledge of advanced accounting principles

  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/accounting systems

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
