) As the Concierge at Watervrod Grand we're looking for you to create a welcoming environment and play an important role when it comes to creating the overall culture of the community. In addition to building relationships with our residents and their families, you'll also be relied upon to help out other departments in variety of different ways.
What we look for in a Concierge:
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
  • Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time
  • Ownership attitude and is able to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions
  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Concierge:
  • Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour
  • Responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
  • Manage, maintain and process payroll
  • Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations
  • Process accounts receivable and payable
  • Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions
