Spanish-Speaking Caregiver - Temporary Assignment
Position: Spanish-Speaking Caregiver
Schedule: 8 Hours Per Day
Assignment Length: Approximately 1 Month
Job Type: Temporary Caregiving Assignment
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Spanish-speaking caregiver for a temporary one-month assignment. The caregiver must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish with the client and provide reliable, consistent care for 8 hours each day.
Responsibilities
• Provide companionship and supervision to the client
• Communicate with the client primarily in Spanish
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with light meal planning
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Assist with mobility and maintaining a safe home environment
• Document care provided and communicate any changes or concerns to the office
• Arrive on time and remain dependable throughout the full assignment
Requirements
• Must be able to speak and understand Spanish
• Must be available to work 8-hour shifts daily for approximately one month
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screening and pre-employment requirements
• Compassionate, patient, professional, and dependable
• Must be comfortable providing personal care when needed
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can commit to the entire one-month assignment and provide the client with consistency and dependable care. Because communication is important for this client, Spanish-speaking ability is required.
