Job description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Power BI Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel skills, experience in data export and migration processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and senior leadership stakeholders.
This role requires both technical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills, as the candidate will work closely with business users, leadership teams, and clients to deliver reporting solutions and actionable insights.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
• 3+ years of experience working with Power BI and data reporting solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, data analysis, etc.).
• Experience with data export, transformation, and migration processes.
• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions
