Job description

We are seeking a strong Administrative Professional to work as an Intake Specialist in our client's west coast project. They will be working with one of our experts on secret shopper calls. Individuals will be contacting a finite list of providers on the west coast. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling telephone calls from prospective and current clients
* Screening applicants for eligibility for services
* Referring callers for appropriate services
* Entering prospect and client data into the software
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via electronic and paper mail, including the tracking
thereof
* Performing general office duties as requested
* Additional responsibilities dependent upon applicants desire to grow
Required Skills:
* Excellent organizational and communication/interpersonal skills
* A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
* Must be able to work full-time, 40hrs/week on pacific standard time (PST) for a 1+ month contract
* Strong computer skills, including a proficiency with Word and Excel and a willingness to learn our case management software.
* Flexibility to work overtime, as needed
