Fairbanks Morse has partnered with Hueman to find an Administrative Assistant for a 1-month contract. 

Location: On-site in Cincinnati, OH – West Side  

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Business Hours  

Position Type: Short-Term Contract | Full-Time (40 hours per week) Preferred; Part-Time Considered  

Hueman is hiring a File Project Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support a client in Cincinnati with a short-term records organization and digitization project.

This is an approximately one-month contract assignment, based on the anticipated time needed to complete the project with a full-time schedule. Full-time availability is preferred; however, candidates interested in a part-time schedule may also be considered. Work will take place Monday through Friday during standard business hours at the client’s location on the west side of Cincinnati.

The primary focus of this project will be converting existing paper records into organized electronic files while maintaining the integrity and organization of the original physical filing system.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Review and organize existing paper files in preparation for scanning

  • Scan documents and ensure electronic copies are complete and legible 

  • Name electronic files according to established naming conventions

  • Accurately return original documents to the appropriate physical files

  • Maintain an organized workflow to ensure records can be easily located both electronically and physically 


Job Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in an administrative or office-based setting

  • Reliable transportation ot and from the worksite
