Job description

Trade & Operations Support

Dash Financial Technologies is a leading provider of advanced trading solutions, specializing in order routing applications. We deliver advanced trading tools, transparency, and execution performance to institutional clients across the buy-side and sell-side. Our mission is to empower our clients with control, insight, and results through innovative trading solutions. The Trade & Operations Support role is responsible for supporting global trading activity during overnight and early market sessions. This role helps expand market coverage by providing real-time trade support, monitoring of systems health and connectivity, and resolving operational issues outside of standard business hours. Trade & Operations Support provides external-facing support for client trading workflows, along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off-hours shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
  • Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
  • Troubleshoot and escalate operational, connectivity, and client-related issues in real time
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales, to support and enhance the client experience.
  • Execute day-to-day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows
  • Document incidents, issues, and resolutions to support operational transparency and continuous improvement

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations
  • Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment
  • Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred
  • SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a low-supervision environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Salary Range and Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $125,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
