Job description

The Role:
DASH is currently looking for a Trade Desk Analyst to join our team. DASH is a fast-paced Financial Technology service provider, and the Trade Desk Analyst will support various departments such as Sales, Business Development, Billing, Compliance and Trade Desk with both day-to-day and long-term tasks. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn and ready to contribute to a dynamic trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients in efforts to support the Sales/Business Development team.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through assistance with ongoing inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with trade reconciliation and client-specific report generation.
  • Provide real-time technical support on a variety of software applications to assist client needs.
  • Become familiar with DASH's products, as well as DASH's web-based portal 360.
  • Obtain firsthand learning experience and gain insight into the micro and macro market structure for US Equities and Options

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Project management and critical thinking skills and with an ability to collaborate and work well with team members.
  • Eagerness and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving & decision making.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Research and organizational skills with the ability to learn independently and quickly.
  • SIE and Series 7 obtained within 6 months of hire; candidate will be sponsored by DASH.
  • Excel Proficiency required.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, communication or another related field is preferred but not required.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
  • This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
